Written Instructions:  Simple step by step instructions that are written in sentence form.  Some written instructions may include diagrams or pictures.  This will vary with each particular part.  Written instructions are considered standard and are free.

Downloadable Video:  We have created an online library where you can download video the shows exactly how to repair your blinds.  Most videos are under 10 minutes and can be saved to your computer for repeated viewings.  Downloaded Video Instructions cost $3.50 per download.
