Color Accuracy
While colors posted on the web site are as accurate as possible, actual colors may vary.
Color accuracy can be affected by manufacturer dye lot variation or computer system setup. Because all blinds are custom made, and can not be returned, it is very important that you are sure about the color selection prior to ordering. If you need to make sure you have an exact color match, please request a FREE color swatch before ordering. Once you have chosen a color, we recommend that you order all of your blinds at once to avoid any possible color variation.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties. The warranties are offered to the original buyer and cover warping, discoloration, and manufacturer material defects. All warranty repairs and replacements are made according to manufacturer discretion. Product warranty does not cover damages or issues that arise from abuse or accidents. In the event of a warranty repair/replacement, please contact customer service so that we may assist. We will handle as much of the claim as possible. If you are uncomfortable with sending your information and payment method over the internet, please contact customer service and place your order by phone, or fax.

Simply put, we know the products are great, and think you will agree. If you don’t agree, let us know and we will work to resolve the issues to your complete satisfaction. Please be advised, issues with color choice or size measurements do not qualify for return or exchange.
Oops! Policy
We know that the greatest worry, when ordering blinds and parts online, is that you may order the wrong size or shape. BlindStop.com understands what it feels like, and we would like to take the worry out of your purchase. If you receive your blinds and you realize that you ordered the wrong color or size, you can request a new blind up to 50% off the advertised price, or for parts, you can exchange for the right part. You will not be able to take advantage of any discounts in conjunction with the Oops! Policy, but you can get the blinds and parts you meant to get without spending much more. If you have an Oops! Policy claim, you must contact customer service by phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify.
Order Options
All blinds and parts can be ordered on-line, over the phone with customer service, or by fax. Please contact customer service for an order form if you would like to fax in your order.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted online.
Cashier’s checks, money orders, and personal checks must be mailed to our offices and processed before we can start your order. If you need to send a personal check, there will be a waiting period of 4-6 days while we wait for the check to clear. We cannot accept cash payment for your protection and ours.
Changes and Cancellations
It is very important that you are confident in your choices when you order blinds. Because each product is made to your exact specifications, returned products are not able to be resold. When you order your blinds or parts online, we place your order with the manufacturer immediately. Orders received after 3:30 PM CST are typically entered the next business day.
Changing your order for parts is much easier than blinds. If you need to change a part order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If your parts have not been shipped, we will be glad to alter the order. If the parts have been shipped, you will need to follow exchange procedures.
If you need to change a blind order, you must contact customer service by phone or email within 12 hours of your order. All changes and cancellations during the 12 hour period following your order will be subject to any additional charges from the manufacturer (i.e., restocking fee, order change fee…) where it may apply, as well as a 5% administration fee. In the event of an order cancellation during the first 12 hours of your order, your refund will consist of the original purchase price minus any manufacturer charges and the administrative fee. Under no circumstances will BlindStop.com refund any money, or issue credits, if an order is cancelled or changed at any time beyond the first 12 hours of an order.
Blind Part Exchange
If you realize that the part you ordered is the wrong one, BlindStop.com will allow for one exchange at no charge. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact customer service for a return authorization number (RA#). Return the part for exchange with the RA# marked as shown below, and we will send you the correct part at no charge.
In the event that the exchanged part is still not right, you may take advantage of our Oops! Policy and purchase the correct part at 50% of the advertised price. You will have to pay shipping on the third try and beyond. If we ever send you the wrong part, and it is our error, we will gladly send you the correct replacement immediately. We request that you return the part sent in error, but will not hold up the correct part while we wait.
If you cancel your part order within 12 hours of processing, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the 7% administrative fee. In the event of a cancellation after the first 12 hours, there will be no refund or credit issued. See Changes and Cancellations above.

Shipping Information
Charges: BlindStop.com offers free shipping for most blinds and minimal shipping charges for parts within the contiguous 48 states. Blinds are typically delivered by FedEx or UPS and parts are usually delivered by USPS. Large volume and oversized orders may be delivered by an independent freight company. Any blind ordered over 90 inches long or wide may be subject to an oversize charge of $70.00 per shipment, per manufacturer. Additional charges may apply when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
