Can you fix it for me?
Sure!  If your blinds are broken and you really don’t want to repair it yourself, feel free to ship it to us and we will do the repair for you.  In most cases, your blinds will be repair within 1-2 business days.

Here's how it works:

  • Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and to schedule payment arrangements.
  • Box and ship your broken blind to the address provided.  Make sure that your blind is accompanied by your name, address, phone #, and the RA#.
  • Shipping will take 3-5 days to get here and 3-5 days to get back, plus a day or two for us to do the repair.  In most cases you should have your blind back in 2-3 weeks.  If there are any complications, we will be sure to let you know as soon as possible.
  • Once you repair is complete, we will charge your credit card the total due, and ship your blind back to you.
  • You will be charged for the cost of the repair as well as the associated shipping costs.  You will also have to pay for the initial shipping of the blind.
